THE results are in! We recently conducted a Client and Candidate review for 2019, asking our Clients and our temporary workers to complete a short survey so that we can assess what’s going well, and how we can improve our service as a recruitment agency.
At THE Agency, we’re really focused on Client and Candidate satisfaction, and we aim to provide a high-quality and bespoke service across the board that stands out – for all the right reasons – against other recruitment agencies. We seek to do things differently, and a big part of our success comes from the hard work that we put into building and maintaining positive working relationships with our Clients and Candidates.
With that in mind, what you have to say is very important to us, so this review was a great opportunity for us to hear from our Clients and Candidates.
We’re very proud to announce that 90% of our temporary workers stated that the service THE Agency provides is excellent (10% stated it was ‘very good’). The commitment and dedication that we show our temporary workers and Candidates is something that we’re very focused on. Our Candidates and temporary workers are valued members of THE Agency team, and we care about each person as an individual, giving them the guidance and support they need. Mandy says: “I was made to feel very welcome at the initial interview and felt as if I were their most important candidate… not just a number”.
100% of our temporary workers reported that they were happy with the level of contact we provide our temporary workers each week. One temporary worker, Rachael, states: “Staff are always on hand to help even after hours. They keep in touch regularly, by phone, text and e-mail. They prepare you for interviews and give good advice. The role they found me was local with good rates of pay and in a fabulous environment where staff were really valued.”
The support we give to our Candidates and temporary workers goes beyond finding them the right role, and we are there as a point of contact, when needed, whilst they’re on placement for us too. Tracy adds that any issues she’s had “have been addressed and resolved without any fuss… in a timely manner”. “An all-round great team!” says James.
Happily, 100% of our temporary workers would recommend us to friends and family looking for work, which tells us we’re doing something right!

As an agency, we take pride in the fact that we have great relationships with our Clients, and this is reflected in the repeat business that we get. Having said that, we don’t take these relationships for granted, and put hard work into maintaining them. THE Agency takes the time to “understand the particular business/sector that [we] are recruiting into” says Jayne, whilst also “work[ing] quickly to find good candidates” – Alison.
100% of our Clients said that their first impression of THE Agency was either excellent or very good. “THE Agency provide a professional and friendly service to our business and we appreciate all the hard work they do in finding the right candidates” says Samantha. Due to the careful registration process we have for Candidates, we take the time to understand our Candidates skills and experience, what they’re looking for, and where their strengths lie. This in-depth interview and selection process had led to 100% of our Clients saying that the quality of temporary workers is either excellent or very good – something we’re very proud of! “THE Agency provide a very personal service tailored to the needs of their customer. They care about quality rather than quantity of candidate submissions”, shares Sam.
