2019 marks our thirteenth year, and it’s been one of our busiest years so far. With some fabulous vacancies, an exciting revamp (watch this space!) on its way, continuing to work with longstanding Clients as well as working with some exciting new ones too, THE Agency is just over half way through this 13th year of business, and is doing fantastically well.
We are really proud of everyone who’s a part of our business, and it’s thanks to our team here in the office, our wonderful Clients, amazing Candidates and all of our associates who support us with our IT and HR, our governing body and other external people that we work with too, that we are where we are today.
Over the years, We have secured some wonderful contracts across West Yorkshire with some major employers, enabling us to offer some really exciting opportunities to our talented Candidates. Likewise, Clients are confident in our recruitment process because of the time, effort and great care that we put into finding the right people for the roles we work on with them. We carefully consider each Candidate when shortlisting in order to find the perfect fit, tailoring our approach and search to individual Client needs and requirements. This has meant that we achieve consistently high standards of service, and this is demonstrable through our success, and through the relationships we have with Clients who continue to use us time and again. THE Agency is proud of our careful and rigorous yet also highly personable processes, and our tried and tested methods for recruitment continuously evolve and grow with the business. This is why we have always, and will continue to, thrive in this highly competitive market.
Understanding that Candidates need someone who will really listen to their career goals and aspirations and really take the time to help them find the right role, not just any role, is why our Candidates leave our books with big smiles on their faces and exciting prospects ahead of them.
