We are delighted to announce that Ellie Wayper has finally joined the team here at THE Agency!
Ellie is our very own Trainee Branch Administrator and is currently studying for her Level 3 in Business Administration on an initial 15-month Apprenticeship Scheme.
This is the first time, as a business that THE Agency has embarked upon an appointment of this nature and it was nothing but pure luck for the business that Ellie approached us directly asking if we were looking to appoint an Apprentice.
In all honesty, we weren’t – but Ellie really impressed us from the offset and after a fabulous competency and presentation based interview – we could not say no! Ellie was outstanding and we just knew that we could not miss out on such a wonderful candidate! In a market that is candidate-driven and is demonstrating huge candidate shortages, we felt compelled to say a big firm ‘Yes’ to Ellie!
For us, Ellie is a rare find and she is settling in very well already, learning the ropes and getting to know the ins and outs of the world of recruitment. We are not sure how we ever managed without her!
So, let’s give you a bit of an insight into the life of Ellie – she describes herself as being a loyal, loving and positive person to be around. Her friends often call her ‘the mum’ of the group because they know her ears are always open and she loves to help and support wherever she can. Ellie says that she has a very close relationship with her family, they all spend a lot of time together and it always ends in laughter! How lovely!
Ellie has just finished college where she achieved DS*AA in her A Levels – she really enjoyed her time there and picked up a lot of skills that she feels she can bring with her to her new role as Trainee Branch Administrator at The Agency.
Ellie says she is always one to get ‘stuck in’ and help the team wherever she can! Teamwork is very important to her and something she always loves to do – Ellie says that she has always seen herself as a team player and ensures that all voices are heard – she loves to work with others so she can learn and develop her skills in different areas.
Whilst it is still very early days for both THE Agency and Ellie, we feel that collectively we have a wealth of knowledge and resource to train and develop her in the many aspects and facets of recruitment!
Hold on Ellie – your journey into recruitment has just begun! It’s going to be a wonderful insight into our world of lovely candidates, clients, CV’s, Temporary Bookings, Permanent Vacancies, Temp to Perm and all the other wonderful things that we are fortunate to be part of …
We are so pleased you chose us Ellie!
Good luck!
Kim, Jo, Bev and Ruth.
