I have known Kim for 20 years in her role as a professional recruitment consultant and Managing Director of 2 recruitment businesses. During this time my experience of dealing with Kim and her staff has been one of complete satisfaction and one that is first class! Kim prides herself in working to a very high standard and this is clearly demonstrated in the way in which she deals with her clients. Her passion to understand her clients’ needs is on aspect that I value greatly. Kim and her team are dedicated to understanding the culture of the organisation for which they are matching candidates for and this is an aspect that I haven’t experienced with any other recruitment agency that I have used in the past.
