Sales Administrator

Location: Dewsbury, WF12

Pay: £25,000.00 pa DOE

Our well established client is looking for a candidate with relevant experience as outlined below to support the UK sales activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.

You will be required to work as part of the sales team, answering sales calls, stock enquiries, responding to sample requests, processing orders for delivery and liaising with couriers regarding delivery queries.

On a day to day basis, you will:

  • Answering sales calls and emails
  • Sales order processing (fax, email & phone)
  • Dealing with stock queries & managing customer expectations
  • Liaising with customers and couriers regarding delivery queries
  • Have a good understanding of the product range to advise customers accordingly.
  • Ensuring customer information is kept up to date on the internal system to maximise effective communication with the customer

About You:
You will be expected to work such additional hours as are necessary for the proper performance of your duties.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Previous experience in telesales
  • Good IT literacy
  • Numerical capabilities
  • Exceptional telephone manner and communicator
  • Excellent customer service skills
