Temporary HR Administrator

Pay: £9.88 per hour

Our prestigious client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis to join their Leaning and Development team. The role is initially until 16th April 2021, but this could be extended and potentially lead to permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

As a HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administration support, ensuring a high quality of support service is delivered.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collating company registers and entering accurately onto the system
  • Maintain and update data ready to produce reports for HR
  • Keeping a full track on employee course attendance
  • Pro-actively monitor course renewal requirements and flag when necessary
  • Updating course attendance log at all times

About You:
Our client seeks candidates who have ideally worked within an L & D function previously and have very strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask and can work well under pressure.

You will need to demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.


Candidates Must Have:

  • Experience of dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience of working in a similar administration role
  • Excellent time management skills, able to deal with several priorities at once and meet various tight deadlines
  • Good organisation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure, using your own initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
  • Excellent standards of customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • SAP HCM knowledge (desired)
  • Kallidus experience (Learning Management system)
