Temporary Customer Care Team Leader

Pay: £17.67 per hour

Our corporate client seeks an experienced customer care team leader with a solid background in team management, leading a busy team in a fast-paced environment.

It is essential that you have an appreciation of, and ability to, provide a great customer service.  You will also need good attention to detail and be computer literate as you will need to extract information from our client’s different corporate systems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Mobile team leader who will oversee the performance of other team leaders in their absence, covering for holidays, support, sickness etc.
  • Supporting the wider transformation of work

About You:
You will play an integral role in supporting the business by overseeing and covering for other team leaders working at optimum level.

Our client is looking to bring in a candidate on a temporary basis and the role is to start asap until 31st March 2021.  The role will be Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Previous experience of leading teams within a fast-paced customer care environment
  • Coaching and motivating teams
  • People management skills
  • Performance excellence of the wider team
  • Experience of SAP system (desired)
  • Be able to commit to the duration of the assignment
