Role: Our corporate client seeks an experienced customer care team leader with a solid background in team management, leading a busy team in a fast-paced environment.
It is essential that you have an appreciation of, and ability to, provide a great customer service. You will also need good attention to detail and be computer literate as you will need to extract information from our client’s different corporate systems.
You will be responsible for:
