Temporary Analyst

Role:
Our client requires a Temporary Analyst to start asap until 31st December 2020.

This role is to support the energy team, you will be responsible for the process of various data and communications relating to costs and usage of energy across the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the process of various data.  This role encompasses validation of payments to our client’s energy suppliers, ensuring their accuracy and time management. In addition to the above you will have very strong Microsoft office skills particularly Excel and have excellent analytical skills and can prioritise workloads and to know when to seek guidance. Flexibility is a must, from day to day the requirements of the role is varied and may change, due to the business needs.

Day to day duties include:

  • Supporting the business in the effective delivery of energy data
  • Dealing with costs and usage of energy throughout the business
  • Validation of payments to energy suppliers
  • Ensuring accuracy and time management at all times

About You:
You will have very strong Microsoft office skills particularly Excel and have excellent analytical skills and can prioritise workloads and to know when to seek guidance.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Strong demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365 particularly Excel
  • The ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organisation
  • Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a high-quality output
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be process and detailed oriented
  • Tenacity to independently solve problems
  • Strong analytical skills and decision making

Benefits of working for our client include:
The hours are Monday – Friday – 37 hours per week, this is currently  working from home role, however there is onsite parking (on a first come first served basis), with alternative parking nearby, an onsite gym, subsidised canteen/restaurant facilities.
