Role: We are currently working on this fantastic opportunity to join one of our highly respected local businesses.
Our client is looking for a confident customer service professional to join their hard working, and friendly sales team within their Direct Delivery Department. Working in a team of 14 in the Sales Department, 3 of which being the Direct Delivery Department.
Your duties include:
- Taking anything between 700 & 950 sales calls per day. Much of the role will involve handling these calls, as well as dealing with general administrative tasks
- Taking and accurately processing sales orders
- Answering a variety of technical questions surrounding products or product ranges
- Giving updates on estimated delivery times
- Handling any general complaints that may arise
- Providing outstanding customer service on every call, guaranteeing each individuals customer’s experience is second to none
- Detailed administration following calls
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
