Role: This is an excellent new opportunity to join one of our highly respected local businesses. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their hard working, friendly team.
The role will involve handling customer calls and processing orders. Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
On a day-to-day basis the role will involve the following:
- Taking a high volume of inbound sales calls daily
- Taking and accurately processing sales orders using bespoke system
- Answering a variety of technical questions surrounding products or product ranges
- Giving updates on estimated delivery times
- Handling any general complaints that may arise
- Providing outstanding customer service on every call, guaranteeing each individuals customer’s experience is second to none
- Dealing with correspondence, via email to customers
- Using Microsoft Word to format and send letters
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
