Role: Our Bradford based client is looking to recruit a highly experienced Sales Administrator to start on 2nd December 2020.
This is a permanent role and will involve working in a very demanding and fast paced environment.
Candidates who have current or previous experience within a busy Sales Administration role must be able to demonstrate the ability and competence of strong MS Office skills, excellent customer services skills and have a proven background working within a production environment where you have dealt with the sales order process from start to finish.
Working on high profile client projects, you will be responsible for checking stock, chasing suppliers throughout the process, checking prices, liaising with internal departments, and generally ensuring that the sales process is faultless from order to delivery.
You will also assist in the allocation of jobs for delivery and ensuring accurate scheduling to client sites, therefore a good geographical knowledge would be a huge advantage, although not essential.
You will also look after project files for each client ensuring that all related documentation is
maintained and easily accessible for the sales team and the wider business, ensuring that these are updated as and when required.

The working hours are 37.5 per week (1 hour for lunch), Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and the salary is dependent upon experience.
Holidays are 28 days including stats. The client also offers auto enrolment into their pension scheme.
