Our client requires a Sales Account Advisor to join their expanding sales team. This is a crucial role for the success of the business as you will often be the first point of contact for clients, answering the telephone and providing advice for works required. Being the first point of contact this role is the start of the client’s journey with the company and first impressions are vital.
The role primarily focuses on working with existing customers to obtain renewals, 3-year contracts, agent account management and growth. To support the wider sales function, you will also be expected to deal with inbound and outbound sales calls and wider customer research. Duties also include providing and following up on quotations, order inputting, processing to a CRM system and sending acknowledgments of receipt. Securing orders is the start of the process for the company, whereby a set number of sales will be required each week and month in order to achieve the end result. Monthly and quarterly targets will be distributed from the management team.
