Our well established and reputable client is looking for a Part Time Permanent Administrator for their offices in Wibsey. Ideally you will be experienced within the property market, however candidates with the appropriate transferable skills and the desire to move into this sector will be considered.
The role is demanding, fast paced and requires a candidate who can deal with a busy daily workload supporting a very busy team who work at pace.
You will be IT literate & be an experienced Administrator, who is highly organised and has a strong attention to detail. On a day to say basis you will be typing in -house information into a bespoke CRM system to create brochures and accompanying letters. You will also be liaising with Clients to put houses on the market, print brochures and send sales particulars to Solicitors when a sale has been agreed. You will also be responsible for creating invoices and sending to the necessary parties.
You will also look after the Prospecting Database – this involves dealing with registered applicants, ensuring that all information is completed, and cross sell financial services and Solicitor leads where applicable.
For this role you will be organised, proactive and have the ability to think on your feet and be able to multitask.
The hours would suit a candidate looking to work 20 hours per week – the client can be fairly flexible for the right candidate.
