Our very successful local client is looking to recruit an additional team player to join their expanding and thriving business in the Liversedge area.

They label themselves as a Next Generation MSP, and they provide IT services and solutions to businesses across the UK.

The next step for them is to welcome a new team player on their IT Helpdesk and they are looking for someone with superb customer service skills who thrives on helping people. Could this be you?

If so, then you must be willing to expand your own experience and knowledge to find solutions to all manner of problems and challenges. You will also have very good troubleshooting skills, and be prepared to collaborate with colleagues, vendors, 3rd party providers and clients to achieve success.

Although this role can quite often be fast paced and demanding, ideally you will be calm by nature, be able to explain complexed situations in a simple way and provide support and training to those in need. People who react positively to change, seek efficiency, and aim to continually improve themselves will find this role exciting and fulfilling.

The role itself will be to provide prompt help and assistance to thousands of end users on a variety of On-premise, Hybrid Cloud and Cloud computer systems – you will communicate and collaborate with multiple parties inside and outside the business and be responsible for efficiently reviewing and updating system documentation. Another key part of the role will be to assist with project delivery and any spare time you have will be for self-development and learning! What a dream opportunity!

In order to fulfil the role then we are looking for a well-rounded IT professional with a broad skillset as listed below:

  • A security first approach to all aspects of IT
  • Remote management and monitoring systems
  • Microsoft, Google & Apple operating systems, applications, and online services across all device types
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure cloud service management
  • Network services including LAN services, firewall & connectivity
  • Computer hardware awareness
  • Voice services across mobile and hosted technology
  • Website & domain hosting management

About You:
A driving licence would be beneficial, although this is not an essential requirement of the role
