Executive Assistant – Hybrid role

Pay: Up to £38,000 depending on experience

We are currently working on this excellent opportunity to join this outstanding company who are offering an excellent package to their employees.  Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support 2 Directors within the business.

 

Your duties will include:

 

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation and manage subsequent expenses
  • Monitor and provide reminders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Pro-actively support the preparation and production of documentation for meetings (agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and actions monitoring)
  • Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and clients as required
  • Provide support to Office Management admin support colleagues, providing cover and carrying out any tasks as required
  • Support events management, external meetings and visitors as well as manage Reception as required
  • Carry out miscellaneous tasks to support the executive and reporting colleagues as required
  • Fire Warden and contribute to H&S risk assessments
  • Identify risks in own area of responsibility, recognise risks in all areas of the business and notify any such risks to your People Manager and the Business Assurance Manager

 

Experience Required:

 

  • Experience as a senior level PA and business support, including working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience gained in a fast-paced environment delivering high quality support and admin activities
  • Experience of working with Executives who might not have previously worked with an EA beforehand
  • Effective IT skills required, in particular MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail in all areas of work carried out
  • High levels of integrity and trustworthiness, often being party to confidential information.
  • Effective organisation and planning skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Other corporate knowledge – health and safety, ICT systems, information management and data protection would be beneficial

 

Hours of work are, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with ½ hour lunch.
