Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our highly sought-after clients who are looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a very well-established team.

The role is extremely fast-paced and on a day-to-day basis, you will be:

  • Checking stock levels
  • Liaising with various departments
  • Assisting customers with queries and problems
  • Arranging returns and replacements when required
  • Inputting customer orders onto the system

About You:
Our client is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals with a first-rate telephone manner who can demonstrate a good level of IT literacy as the role will involve the inputting of orders. A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.

Candidates Must Have: 

The ideal candidate will have solid customer services experience, be confident and tenacious and able to provide an exceptional standard of service to customers placing orders via the telephone, email and fax.

The hours of work are Monday and Tuesday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm. Each day you will also have ½ hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
