This is an exciting and excellent opportunity to join one of our highly sought-after clients who are looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a very well-established team.

Our client are a market leader in their industry and have a reputation for providing exclusive quality products to a niche market.

The ideal candidate will have solid customer services experience, be confident and tenacious and able to provide an exceptional standard of service to customers placing orders via the telephone, email, and fax.

The role is extremely fast-paced and on a day-to-day basis, your duties will be:

  • Taking calls from customers placing orders and dealing with any queries
  • Inputting customer orders onto the system
  • Updating customers regarding the status of their orders
  • Checking stock levels
  • Liaising with various departments
  • Arranging returns and replacements when required
  • Working to deadlines and timescales

About You:
You will be a friendly team player, able to liaise with people of all levels, working to deadlines and timescales.

Candidates Must Have:Previous customer service experience is ESSENTIAL to apply for this position, along with a good level of IT literacy as the role will involve the inputting of orders.  A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.

Benefits of working for our client include:
The hours of work are Monday and Tuesday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm. Each day you will also have ½ hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
