Role: This is an exciting ongoing temporary role for an experienced customer services professional with a proven background within a ‘traditional’ corporate customer services role.
Working within a team of 4 people, your role will involve; order processing, invoicing and dealing with day-to-day internal and external queries.
Typically, your role will involve taking orders from UK customers via email and telephone, processing them on to SAGE 200, checking stock levels and advising the customers accordingly. You will also deal with enquiries from customers and other internal departments, resolve queries and problems and generally ensure that orders are processed and delivered in an effective manner. You will also be involved in customer invoicing therefore very good attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
In relation to the stock checking, you will liaise with the Stock Controller in order that customers are kept up to date with their orders, ETA on deliveries, and ensure that a professional and seamless service is offered to their customers.
