Role:
Our well established and very successful client has a vacancy for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their busy customer services team.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for answering all inbound customer service related calls with a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that all relevant customer information is captured and recorded.

You will have the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining high standards of customer service as you will be working within agreed levels of customer service at all times, in accordance with pre-determined targets and Key Performance Indicators.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload and task list effectively, liaising with Business Development Managers and other departments in a timely and proficient manner where relevant. 

The role is busy, fast paced and requires a candidate with strong PC skills, the ability to work with internal CRM systems and someone who has a passion for high customer service delivery.

The vacancy is a full-time role, working 36.5 hours – Monday to Friday. The benefits of working for our client include a fantastic working environment, ample free parking, close to Shipley train station, staff canteen and lounge area and dress down Friday.
