Customer Service Administrator / Account Manager

Pay: Circa £29,000.00 pa DOE

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer services professional with a proven background within a ‘traditional’ corporate customer services and account management role.

Working within a team of 4 people, your role will involve:

  • Dealing with day-to-day internal and external queries
  • Taking orders from UK customers via email and telephone
  • Processing orders on to SAGE 200
  • Checking stock levels and advising the customers accordingly
  • Deal with enquiries from customers and other internal departments
  • Resolve queries and problems and generally ensure that orders are processed and delivered in an effective manner
  • You will also be Involved in customer invoicing therefore very good attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • You will liaise with the Stock Controller in order that customers are kept up to date with their orders, ETA on deliveries, and ensure that a professional and seamless service is offered to their customers
  • Liaising with dispatch and logistics to ensure a seamless delivery of orders

About You:
Our client is looking for a candidate who has tenacity and is a strong team player.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Previous experience within a ‘traditional’ customer service role is ESSENTIAL
  • Our client is seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running and embrace the busy environment
  • Confident at communicating at all levels
  • Additionally, as you will be looking after your own customer base, therefore, experience within account management would be ideal

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours which is based around flexible working but ideally, our client would like the successful candidate to initially work either 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm.  Plus there is free onsite parking.
