I walked into THE Agency a bit less than two years ago looking for work. Immediately they made me feel welcome and at ease. The whole registration process is professional and easy. Within a couple of weeks I was in work and haven't looked back since. Kim, Jo and Bev just go that extra mile and make you feel like one of the family. This is how recruitment agencies should be run. I can't recommend them highly enough, whether you're a business looking for a quality agency, or you're simply looking for work.

I contacted The Agency after finding them on Google, I spoke to both Kim and Bev who were both lovely and went above and beyond, even contacting a client who had filled the position I wanted and managed to squeeze me in, I had an interview the day after and was offered the perfect position that met my needs the same day. The Agency provided the information and guidance I needed for the interview, so I’d like to say thank you for all the help, and I would recommend giving them a call!

After a short spell of unemployment I discovered THE Agency from a Google search for local employment agencies. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere when I attended a face to face interview the following day after contacting THE Agency. Within 3 days I attended an interview at a local utilities company. Unfortunately I didn't get the job. The following day I was contacted by Jo at THE Agency, who gave me constructive feedback from the interview which was really helpful and encouraging. 2 days later I was contacted to go for another interview for a position that had just become available. This was right up my street, and within 2 weeks of initial contact with THE Agency, I was in full time employment. During my employment, I was regularly contacted to check everything was ok and if there was anything I needed. Whilst I was working for THE Agency I had a family crisis, and they were so helpful and supportive during this troubled time. I was made to feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend THE Agency. A professional employment agency with caring attitude.

From stating with the Agency up to becoming permanent they have been very supportive and providing relevant information throughout my journey with my assignment. I am very fortunate and feel lucky I have been able to work and communicate with them. I also feel I have built a relationship with them and shall not forget them for all they have done for me. I have worked as a temporary worker for THE Agency for six years and I have to say the experience has been wonderful. They offer a great service to all their candidates – I have worked along side many of them during the course of my contract with THE Agency. Their service is second to none from the minute you walk through the door and whilst you are working for their clients they really look after you, making sure that you have everything that you need, you really feel looked after. Kim and Jo work really hard to get to know every temporary worker and Louise builds very strong relationships with her candidates! She also does amazing interview preparation – she gives advice and tips on things I would never have even thought of… they are all true professionals! I cannot recommend The Agency highly enough! From the moment of first contact they were professional and friendly. They completely put me at ease whilst registering and have been so helpful and responsive throughout the registration process but also whilst undertaking agency work with them. Superb professional service with a very personal touch. Most agencies just treat you as a commodity, but the staff at The Agency really care about their clients and keep in touch with you on a regular basis. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend The Agency , they are professional and knowledgeable, take time to understand your needs and only recommend suitable roles for you . They fully prepare you and care . You are treated like a valued member of staff and not just a number. No hesitation in recommending their services.

Having not had the highest regard for agencies in the past it makes a change to find one that actually goes above and beyond when it comes to supporting you. I would highly reccommend this agency. I found myself in a position where, despite having an excellent CV, I needed to find an opportunity imeediately. Not only did The Agency find me a suitable temporary role, but the after care was second to none. If your looking for work or to get back into work, and for someone that will fight your corner instead of just taking your details and never calling you back, then they are definately worth a call.
