AML Administrators x 3

The purpose of the AML Administrator role is to receive, process, input and check customer information with an emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Due Diligence documents. You will work on specifically assigned tasks in order to meet daily team targets and workloads and contribute towards the achievement of business deadlines and wider department service levels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately process, input and/or check customer information
  • Refer and investigate more complex cases and complaints
  • Take ownership of workloads and customer satisfaction
  • Work with and support teams across multiple operational sites
  • Assist less experienced colleagues with queries on more complex cases and with first contact resolution
  • Communicate effectively with others in the most effective and efficient manner
  • Ensure all work within own allocation is processed effectively and in a timely manner as directed
  • Ensure all feedback is responded to in a timely manner and that accounts/information is corrected appropriately and in line with guidelines

About You:
You will be expected to liaise with colleagues across all operational sites to ensure that issues or referrals are immediately escalated, and that work is executed in a timely and professional manner.

Inbound and outbound customer contact will be carried out in line with scripts, regulation and guidelines to ensure that customer outcomes are positive.

All customer queries and handled in an appropriate manner to prevent complaint and dissatisfaction and that they are handled at first point of contact where appropriate and possible.

Candidates Must Have: 


  • Introduction to Securities and Investments module – or working towards within a probationary period
  • Experience of working with others and within teams
  • Demonstration of effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work both as an individual and within a team
  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Knowledge and understanding of providing good customer service and client needs 



  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in a Regulated and Financial industry
  • Experience in dealing with power of attorney, court of protection, trust, and/or company incorporation documents
