Temporary Accounts Receivable Assistants x 2

Our prestigious client is looking for 2 experienced Accounts Receivable Assistants for their Shared Services team to work for a period of 3 months with the potential to become permanent.

The positions are to start on 10th June 2019 and a full commitment is required from successful candidates.

The role is to work as part of an accounts receivable cleansing exercise ahead of our clients system upgrade early July 2019.

Our client would like candidates to have experience within an account’s receivable role with a proven track record of proactively cleansing an accounts receivable ledger and having seen a strong accounts receivable function. However, our client will consider candidates with less experience to support more administration tasks within the accounts receivable team.

On a day to day basis you will be dealing with:

  • Cash allocation
  • Creation of customer invoices and credit notes
  • Chasing of aged debt
  • Managing customer refunds
  • Managing down payments and payment plans

Candidates must have:

  • A very strong AR background
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • A good team player
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge
  • Experience of financial systems, e.g. SAP (desired).

The hours are Monday – Friday – 37 hours per week, there is onsite parking (on a first come first served basis), with alternative parking nearby, an onsite gym, subsidised canteen/restaurant facilities.
