Our well-established Client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator work in their fast-paced Sales Administration team. Currently experiencing a huge period of growth and change our client seeks a candidate who is looking to bring energy, value and a positive contribution to the business. The Sales Administrator entering in to this role will initially be working on project-based work, as outlined below.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up a central client project filing system
  • Liaising with different teams and departments who currently hold information pertaining to client contracts
  • Centralising, organising and streamlining contracts for easier access
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Checking stock availability
  • Working on client portals
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required

About you

The ideal candidate for this Sales Administrator role is highly organised and accurate, with good attention to detail, and able to work on their own initiative.

This role is permanent, and in time will process into a full-time Sales Administration role. Particularly initially, candidates need to be very hands on, and happy to carry out routine and repetitive work, but also flexible and adaptable across the business to assist wherever is required.

Candidates must have:

  • Excellent computer skills, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Confident independent worker, as well as the ability to work well in a team
  • Experience of working on portals for sales order processing and queries (desired)
