Our prestigious client has an exciting opportunity to join their Shareholder Solutions department based on the outskirts of Huddersfield. You will be part of a busy operational team, carrying out duties relating to legal, dividend and correspondence work within the Registration Services area.

As a Registration Services Administrator, your duties would include:

  • Accurate maintenance of all shareholder information
  • Communicating via phone, email and letter with shareholders, external third-party agents and internal colleagues
  • Responding to, and ideally resolving, any questions as they come up, or referring to the Team leader when appropriate
  • Offering constructive feedback to resolve complex issues
  • Assisting in the maintenance of filing, record keeping and the destruction of items
  • Making sure administration is processed to service standards, maintaining order of priority
  • Feeding back to the Team Leader where standards may be compromised
  • Liaising with shareholders and third-party agents in relation to the maintenance of clients’ shares

About you

The role of Registration Services Administrator is ideal for a candidate looking for the second/third job within administration who is keen to pursue a career in the financial services sector.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner, good organisation skills and someone who can work well under pressure whilst paying excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidates must have:

  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

This role is due to relocate to Leeds City Centre as part of a phased move beginning in October 2019 and happening throughout 2020. They are currently set to complete the relocation by the end of 2021.
