Our Client urgently requires part-time Contact Centre Advisors to work in their newly created contact centre that takes 111 dental calls. These positions are to start as soon as possible and are initially for 4 – 6 weeks but could potentially go on longer for the right people.

                                             The service operates 24/7, including Bank Holidays

 ************* All staff are expected to work on Bank Holidays should their shift fall on that day *********

Our client is looking to recruit to cover the following shifts Monday – Sunday:

  • 8:00am – 1:00pm
  • 1:00pm – 6:00pm
  • 6:00pm – 10:00pm

 The successful candidates must be able/willing to do extra shifts depending upon work load, which does include weekends, evenings etc, therefore flexibility is key. We are ideally looking for 3 – 4 people who can work around 24 hours (plus) per week.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working flexibly and professionally with the Contact Centre to provide and maintain a high-quality service to patients requiring urgent dental appointments
  • You will be using a dialler, therefore previous experience in a similar role would be hugely advantageous
  • You will contact patients from a call back queue and book in appointments

About you:

 You will ideally have worked within a Contact Centre environment previously or have a strong Customer services background. Having experience of dealing with members of the public and patients would be beneficial.

Candidates must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be willing and able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to work on own their own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
