Office Co-ordinator Administrator Temporary to Permanent

Our prestigious client is looking to recruit a highly organised and efficient Office Co-ordinator/Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role is to start immediately and will involve providing administrate support to a very busy Leadership Team. On a day to day basis you will work with colleagues across the business to improve and maintain the office environment, which includes:

  • Promoting an efficient and effective office environment
  • Office housekeeping
  • Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Dealing with travel arrangements
  • Entering authorised purchase requisitions on Sap
  • Receipting goods on SAP
  • Collating and distributing purchase invoices
  • Handling Supplier Queries
  • Entering Purchase invoice details on SAP
  • Running SAP reports
  • Liaising with relevant colleagues in the wider business
  • Facilitating the setup and decommission of starters and leavers equipment
  • Ensuring compliance within the business of policies in relation to the above tasks

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously against tight deadlines
  • Ability to use MS Excel. PowerPoint and Word
  • Previous experience of a similar co-ordination role
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high standard
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Be able to work collaboratively with people on projects across various departments and locations
  • Be a self-motivated problem solver

It would also be desirable if you had an awareness of Financial controls and an understanding of finance systems and previous experience of using SAP.
