Job Details

Our client is looking for a Customer Services person to join their Cleckheaton office. Initially, this role is for a six-week period, but could be extended.

Working in Customer Services, you will be responsible for:

  • A high volume of outbound telephone calls to explain a current company project
  • To provide information on an ongoing project to our client’s members via post or email
  • To help and support with any questions members may have around this project
  • To help cleanse the current database of members’ details by making outbound calls
  • Capturing new information accurately for our data cleanse
  • To pass on any leads generated from calls to the sales team
  • To maintain and updates information on Excel

About you

This post is ideally suited to a candidate with excellent communication skills. As the work is very process-driven, candidates need to be able to conduct their work consistently and accurately.

Candidates must have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • A key eye for attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to self-manage ad organize your time in a high-pressure environment
