Our prestigious client seeks a candidate who has excellent attention to detail, first class grammatical skills and thrives in a quality control environment. The main purpose of this role is to monitor, maintain and check the quality standards of data input and processes. You will also need to liaise with other teams on areas of weakness, identifying corrective and preventive actions as appropriate so excellent communication skills are essential.

On a day to basis, the role will involve:-

  • Check all entries, amendments and revisions to the client registers for accuracy
  • Ensure all client register entries, amendments, revisions have appropriate and acceptable supporting documentation/correspondence
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, content and layout of correspondence is in-line with department procedures and best practice
  • Monitor inputs and outputs of other teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures resulting in the reporting of results/issues
  • Identify and report instances of non-compliance of various regulations and procedures and support corrective actions as appropriate
  • To receive, log and monitor breach information, identifying trends and supporting remedial and preventative solutions
  • If taken on permanently, to attain IOC accreditation within 12 months of being made permanent and embrace ongoing training and development opportunitiesThe ideal candidate will have excellent and proven attention to detail, have first class grammatical skills and thrive in a quality control environment. Ideally, you will have Financial Services background but this is negotiable for the right candidate. You will have GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

The salary is £17500, and our client offers 23 days holidays which increases in-line with service.
