Contract Co-ordinator/Senior Administrator – FTC 6 months

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Co-ordinator/Senior Administrator to work effectively within the Procurement team.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following: –

  • Maintaining an accurate repository of contracts, by storing both physical and electronic copies
  • Liaising with the legal department to take contracts through their approval and signing, as well as managing all other formal contractual communication with the supply chain
  • Provide accurate and timely data to the team, department and wider business from the repository
  • Manage communication between the business and suppliers to ensure that accurate, professional communication goes out and that incoming mail is tracked and distributed promptly and effectively
  • You will be the first point of contact for anyone in the business that requires assistance with contracts or suppliers

Our client is looking for a competent co-ordinator, so you must be able to demonstrate experience of coordinating input from several stakeholders to maintain systems. The systems are based on Microsoft, so you must be proficient at using Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Be able to communicate well with senior colleagues, suppliers and business customers, so it is important that you have good communication and interpersonal skills.  Contracts are legally binding agreements, so you must be detailed, orientated and well organised.  Our client holds over 400 contracts, so you must be able set priorities and juggle multiple demands.  You would hold a central position within the team and department so must be able to prove success in contributing in a team environment.

The hours are a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday – Free parking onsite, be professional in your manner and have excellent organisational / communication skills.

This role is to start immediately, and our client requires a candidate who is free for up to a 6-month period
