Accounts Administrator – Part time 16 hours 

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work effectively in a team of two. The role includes general accounts, bookkeeping and administration.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following: –

  • Reconciliation of the company bank account
  • Managing the petty cash reconciliation
  • General administration
  • Assistance with the preparation of the monthly accounts
  • VAT returns
  • Assistance with year-end statutory accounts where required
  • CIS returns
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Dealing with and receipt of purchase orders

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be IT literate, previous experience working in accounts/bookkeeping is essential and you must have Sage Line 50 experience. You will be personable and able to establish effective relationships with colleagues and external customers/suppliers. You will be conscientious and used to dealing with confidential data and have excellent attention to detail and be very well organised.

The working hours are 10:00am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday (16 hours per week), however our client can be flexible on hours which can be discussed at registration stage of your application. Our client provides an excellent working environment, working in purpose-built offices with easy access to major motorway links.
