Jamie Dobson

Jamie is our one-man marketing department and works for us on a freelance basis as our surrogate marketing manager.

Prior to this and for the last 10 years, he ran his own new media business, managing the online presence and campaigns for a whole range of organisations up and down the UK. But now he works for us here at THE Agency where he puts his experience to good use by raising our online profile as he drags us kicking and screaming into the digital-age.

Jamie tells us that we’re his favourite client amongst his portfolio and who are we to argue as he allows us to get on with what we do best, which is recruiting high calibre staff for our clients, whilst he takes care of all that marketing malarkey.

When not at work Jamie is a proficient blogger (whatever one of those is), likes nothing better than a good strum on the guitar and aims to get away in his caravan as often as possible. (It’s okay Jamie – your secret’s safe with us!).

Lesley Jenkins

Lesley began her training career 1978 enjoying a successful career in Customer Services with British Telecom. A turning point in her professional career was winning the prestigious BT Rylands Award for the National launch of the first BT Phone shops in the UK.

After 20 years in the commercial and public sectors, developing her skills in services provision and training, Lesley now runs her own consultancy, based in West Yorkshire.

Howarths Employment Law is a rapidly expanding Cleckheaton based organisation that provides HR and employment law advice to businesses of all sizes.

Howarths is the original brain child of husband and wife team Andy and Helen Howarth who set up the business from their home in Cleckheaton in 2003 but who now employ twelve staff, including their eldest son Gavin who qualified as a solicitor with an International law firm but saw the benefits of joining the family business.
