Our prestigious client seeks two talented and experienced administrators to join their lively yet conscientious team. The main area of the role will be to maintain the various aspects of registration administration in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and in line with regulatory requirements.

You will carry out/oversee the following areas for compliance, completeness and accuracy –the creation, editing and registration of investor records, processing of investor requests, provide information to investors/IFA’s on request and resolving complaints and solve problems on behalf of investors/IFA.

You will assist the Manager with dealing reviews and compliance visits, distribute month end registers, process stock transfers, check new accounts, update & maintain registers and test and identify enhancements to improve the department.

Our client seeks candidates with a very strong administrative and customer services background who can demonstrate a keen eye for detail, have an excellent telephone manner, have the ability to work under pressure and to very strict deadlines. Good time management ability is also essential as is the ability to deal with repetitive work at times. The ability to communicate at all levels is paramount, together with strong team player skills and the ability to work unsupervised. If you have experience of image and workflow or scanning then this would be a huge advantage. Your background will be that of a high volume processing role.

Our client also requires candidates who can record extract and interpret data, with excellent written skills and who can investigate issues when required. You will be extremely accurate and be able to identify and rectify errors.

It would be hugely beneficial if you had a banking or investments background, or have worked within an FSA regulated environment. Please note that successful candidate will be expected to study for the IOC qualifications during their first 3 months with the company – this is a compulsory requirement.
