| Job Details | Working for an extremely successful and well established Law Firm in Bradford you will be responsible for the collection of unsecured debt and mortgage arrears. You will be part of a new team that is being recruited specifically for a new contract and the role will involve 100% case management. You will have a proven collections or recovery background within mortgage arrears or unsecured debt and will be able to manage debt through inbound and outbound activities with the overall aim of cash collections. If you have worked in a specialised debt recovery company or law firm this would be a huge advantage. You will have first class customer care and negotiation skills, with the ability and experience to be able to build strong client relationships. You must also be able to demonstrate an effective acceptable and professional approach in all aspects of the role. You will be self motivated and highly organised with a strong attention to detail, you will be enthusiastic and demonstrate personal commitment to the role and your own personal development. You will also have good written and verbal communication skills; have excellent time management and prioritising skills. Our client also seeks candidates who are able to work under pressure and who can adapt well to change. If you have litigation knowledge this would be a huge advantage but is not essential.
