Job Details

This is a rare and wonderful opportunity to join an extremely successful and award winning market leader with almost 30 years experience within their sector where we have two very exciting position on offer.

The first position will be working on the rental side of the business where you will be part of a busy team looking after their prestigious clients who choose to rent rather than buy equipment. This will involve tracking all hire products to ensure that the client is happy with the service, address any repair issues, take further orders, arrange engineer visits and the general organisation of this very successful part of the business. For this role you will require a strong eye for detail, be of an analytical mind, be able to think on your feet and be high organised with first class customer care skills.

The second role will be working within the after service part of the business; however you will be required to cover across the different aspects of the customer service department including the rental side of the business.

Both positions require first class customer care skills, empathy, the ability to work under pressure, think on your feet and have the confidence and ability to liaise at all levels.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and extensive liaison with customers, be responsible for telephone trouble shooting, organising calls outs for engineers, organising hire installations and collections, processing returns and communicating with the technical department regarding repairs.

You will also be costing for repairs and raising orders from returns notes and logging information from engineer’s reports. Additionally, you will be processing orders for reps’ stock/spare parts and creating and updating spreadsheets when required. You will also be expected to sell extended warranties/parts/service agreements etc to clients where applicable and draw up proposals for processing service agreements. Working in a very busy team you will need to be flexible and support other team members as required. You will also liaise with Service Centres and deal with any ad hoc duties as they arise. Ongoing training will be given to the successful candidate.

Working between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm 4 days per week and 8.30am – 5.00pm 1 day per week with 40 mins for lunch and 2 ten minute breaks, our client offers a competitive salary together with an excellent bonus package, an emphasis on employee training and development, a luxurious working environment, free parking, and canteen /restroom facilities.
