| Job Details | Our prestigious Client seeks 4 Bi-lingual Sales Co-orinators who are fluent in any/all of the following languages – German, French, Spanish and Italian. In this customer oriented role you will be responsible for the administration of the product sales order process from order receipt through to delivery and invoicing. This will entail creating new accounts and maintaining contact with customers. You will receive orders over the telephone, by email, or through SAP. As the main point of contact for your designated country on the European order desk you will provide full customer support at all times. Liaising with internal departments such as supply chain, transport, credit management you will take corrective steps when any problems arise. Beyond that, you will also be responsible for resolving invoice queries. This will include agreeing payment terms, setting credit limits, monitoring payment, and creating credit/debit notes. Beyond a minimum level of GCSE education (or equivalent) you are fluent to business level in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish. Ideally, you will also have some experience of working in a customer oriented role. In addition, you will have the drive and energy to further develop the customer service function. Using your excellent communication skills, you will be able to interact with people at all levels within and outside the company. In addition to this, you are a motivated self-starter and you also enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office software is necessary for the role, and SAP skills would also be a plus.
